Westgate Crossing 

Westgate Crossing, 11 Acres mixed-use development to consist of ~60,000 SF of mixed uses, is located at the Northeast corner of Research Forest Drive and Egypt Lane will be comprised of Medical, Retail, Restaurants and professional office.  Development is well underway in which Zanti Cucina Italiana (Italian Restaurant), SGK Plastic Surgery, 7-Eleven and Magnolia Family Medicine have made this development their new home.

Within the 10 Minute Drive Time of the District there are 3,138,861 square feet of retail space within 232 buildings. An additional 125,138 square feet of retail is currently under construction with another 214,408 square feet proposed.

Recent developments include:

#1 The Marcel Town Center at Woodland Lakes 

Located at the intersection of FM 1488 and Old Conroe Road, in a highly-sought area adjacent to The Woodlands, the new Marcel Town Center opened to the public in January, 2019. This pedestrian-friendly development is a popular destination and is situated within easy walking distance from the Watermere at Woodland Lakes - a 50-acre Senior mixed-use development. Tenants include Citizens Grill and Piano Bar, Delta Life Fitness, Tapped Drafthouse, Script Pharmacy, and more. 

#2 Xscape Theatres at Marcel Town Center 

At the intersection of FM 1488 and Old Conroe Road, Xscape Theatres built a 52,000sf 12-screen theater that seats 1,530. The new theater features leather, electric reclining chairs, serves beer and wine, and uses the latest technology to create an immersive cinematic experience. 

#3 Commercial Development in Progress

The former Buck Grass Stables is planning a 35-acre commercial frontage development a work in progress. The plan includes a site for the new Lone Star College Magnolia Campus and 12.2 acres for commercial use.
